- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
- Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
4. Content Ownership
- Users retain ownership of the content they create (e.g., posts, journals).
- By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content within the app.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates any laws.
- Engage in activities such as spam, harassment, or unauthorized advertising.
- Misuse the app, attempt to hack it, or disrupt its functionality.
6. Community Guidelines
- Respect other users and their content.
- Do not post nudity, sexually explicit material, hate speech, or anything that violates our community standards.
- Follow any additional rules provided in specific features or sections of the app.
7. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms of use or engage in prohibited activities. Termination may include removal of content and restriction of access to the app.
8. Reporting and Content Review
- If you encounter content or behavior that violates these terms of service, please report it to us through the app’s reporting feature or at support@ete.space.
- When content is reported, we will review it and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account warnings, or suspension.
- If your post is reported and found to violate our terms, you will receive a notification explaining the violation and any actions taken.
- Users will be notified when their content has been removed or when their account receives warnings or restrictions due to reports. For safety reasons, we will not disclose the identity of the reporter.
- We typically review reported content within 24-48 hours, though complex cases may take longer.
- Users who repeatedly file false or malicious reports may have their reporting privileges restricted or face account suspension.
9. Appeals Process
- If you believe content was removed in error or you disagree with a moderation decision, you may appeal by contacting support@ete.space within 14 days of the decision.
- Appeals will be reviewed by a different moderator when possible.
- We will respond to appeals within 5-7 business days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms of use periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.
